This is cute! I like all the pinks and the overall girly feeling. I wouldn't suggest blurring everything unless you want to create the perception of distance, though. :/ I also would suggest studying up on muscle structure. Our arms aren't tubes. (As awesome as that would be...no. XD) If you extend your arm now and look at it's underside, you will notice there is a slight bumpy area where the elbow is. There is a joint there. lol Practice drawing stickman figures where the arms have 3 circles, one for the hands, one for the elbow, and one for the shoulder area. If you basically draw a line around all 3 circles, you have the basic shape of an arm. It's really a cheat, but a useful cheat! XD You will notice this looks a lot better than what you have drawn here. Did you change an eye style by the way? It looks more liquidy and childlike. lol It's very pretty. :3 byby for nows~
