Character Owned by DC ComicsMinor edit for Phil Cho's amazing work for Roy Westerman's Earth-27 project .
I think this falls within the scope of Roysovitch 's terms on acceptable edits, but if either of you guys have any issues, please let me know.
I love the fact they did Dinah's real hair black, it's such a fan detail, but outside the comics she's almost always blonde all of the time, so I wanted a blonde civilian Dinah.
I also did their other version too .
