This is pretty cool with the wings and whimsy, all I'd point out is that with the gal's left foot- it looks like it's nearly touching the waterline - or standing on the edge of the body of water and with how the reflections of her legs are it appears that she's a giant? If she's floating far above the water there wouldn't be much reflection from her, but it's hard to get a sense of scale with the clouds being small around her. I really dig the colors here.

I really like how her hair matches with the wings and sky. The dress also goes along with this pretty well. Another thing I liked about this is that the background is tilted. It makes it more attracting!
