Description This is the first plushie I've ever made. I think I did ok. The pattern for the mane, tail, wings, ears, feet, and cutie mark were all drawn by me. The pattern for the actual ball came from here [link] . I got the idea for the design from My Little Chubbies [link] . Also, this plushie was entirely hand sewn. Though this is my first plushie, I do have quite a bit of sewing experience. I'm aware she's not perfect, so hopefully my future plushies will be of a much higher quality now that I have a better idea of what I'm doing.

oh... Well they always appeared to be on both flanks to me >_>. I'm not a pony expert though...

well, actually they draw it in the show on whichever flank is showing, just so they didn't have to keep track of which flank has the mrk and which doesn't

It shows up on both flanks at the same time in the show when you see them from behind or above at the right angle.

I believe this is what you are referring to. --> [link] This is also the reason I decided to put the cutie mark on both flanks.

I don't know if the figures from Hasbro have the mark on both flanks or not because I sadly do not own one yet. I'm not saying it's correct or incorrect. I've read different things in different places about the positioning of the cutie mark, so I'm still not sure about it.

The newest toys are just more cheaply made. The oldest G1 toys have cutie marks on both sides, too.

I'll continue putting the cutie mark on both flanks then. I kinda like it better that way anyways.
