...This came out terrible...The water is ugly. Just...plain ugly ; A ; I messed up with the layers so i had to do the water over the color and outline layer....I hate it, but you can "like" it all you want...>n>
maybe i'll start Shadow over the weekend or Mondayy

The thought of those keys… Makes me just cringe...

The worst part was when you missed a key in a level filled with water. So you have to ALL the way back and get the key. It drove me NUTS.

Although, I can advise you make Blue just a bit blurry to make it look like he's really diving underwater. :3
The rest of the background, well, can be much blurrier than Blue is, depending on the distance... but heck, this pic is awesome! Actually, putting the water layer over the colors and the outline was the right way to go, in my opinion.

Well, I was gonna make the water behind Blue, and THEN put just a little put over him and blur it but...yeah, this can work out too! xD
