Love the painterly look to the background! Do you mind if I ask if that was using a squarish airbrush too, or something else? I've been experimenting with different brushes trying to get something more "Corel Painter" out of Photoshop, but so far it hasn't looked anywhere near as good.

Neat, I'll have to fool around with different, chunkier shapes--I'd been messing around with spatter brushes but, ironically, the "natural brush shapes" just made the images look more digital. x_X At any rate I love what you've done here. Thanks for the daily dose of inspiration.
