I really love Celestia too. 
But my favorite pony princess is Luna, she's just so beautiful and awesome!Β Β

I kind of prefer Celestia to Luna. Luna's still a great character, but now I really want Celestia to get some time in the spotlight. It's been five seasons and we still haven't had a single episode dedicated to her. I think they could do something great with her if they tried.

While she appears not to be as fond of social gatherings and parties among the Canterlot elite as Celestia, you can get a glimpse of Luna rocking out to "Love Is In Bloom" in "A Canterlot Wedding". So she at least know how to let loose every now and then.
Also, nice rundown. While I prefer Luna ever so slightly over Celestia, you make some great arguments for them both.
