The visual style has been since released as part of my Dota2 Desktop:

I'm working on a real. usable, detailed DotA 2 themed Visual Style (for Windows 7).
I want to make a more simplistic style, a totally in-game style, and a light version of each.
With any excess time, I'm also planning on making matching Icons, browser and media player skins, cursors and some additional Rainmeter skins.
-UPDATE-
A last preview of the beta version. I'm finally able to say I've made most of the theme.
Made the basic concept of the taskbar, the start menu, progress bars, misc menus, most of the icons and much more. I'm also planning on making a colored version of the icon pack (with the usual Internet Explorer being blue, Firefox being orange, Opera red, etc colors) for those who prefer that.
Any sort of feedback (still looking for font suggestions), criticism, thoughts are very welcome. I'm all ears for suggestions and recomendations. Also if you'd like to see any application's icons in the package, feel free to mention it!

Donators get the whole set of icons before the skin is finished, and a usable theme as soon as it is ready, as well as updates on any future versions. Of course any matching stuff (like Rainmeter world clock, media player, DotA 2 stats, calendar, etc) will be in their hands first.

- how can i change font color / font highlight colors for the top bar ( eg Places , Applications , Games , Internet , System )
- if u wud be kind enuff to tell me the RGB code tat u have used for the topbar Text i wud be really obliged
- how can i resize the feed window( well i know go in edit skin but i dnt know wat to do there )

What is your resolution?
Might really have to do with that, I recall I had to make separate versions for separate resolutions from time to time.

Umm well i actually figured how to centralize the task bar... it might help other users too so if u want i can actullay share theΒ video which helped me ... Also i think tat can reduce ur work
well i had 2 things to actually ask u ... if u dnt mind can u upload the resources againΒ ( png ) .. coz i wanted to use the tick mark and the other thing ( box like image ) m not sure wat it is called

Part of it is a Rainmeter skin, which needs basic programming; the other is a visual style that I make useing Ave's Style Builder, and it mainly consists of image editing (for which I use Photoshop).

Sir when i unchecked window transparency, the color change to white and its messy, any possible way to fix it?

It shouldn't be transparent even with transparency enabled, the fault might mostly be on me, since I've only done the default basic aero version.

I think, for the last link that you gave (imgur.com/0dwUCac) the top bar can serve as links to common locations (Computer, documents, control panel, network etc). Just a few thoughts on this.

If you donate through PayPal, make sure you send an e-mail as well, or write in the notions your e-mail address if you want me to post the theme to your address! Also if you don't send the money from directly your own Paypal, don't send less than 1 USD as Paypal service will cut off most of very small amounts of money sent (about 0.3 usd). So any really small donations I decline are not due to any other reasons than me not wanting Paypal to get almost all of it.

I've finally bought the Windows 7 Style Builder these past few days (costed me 18 USD in addition to the ~4.5 USD I've gotten in donations this far), but didn't want to let those who donated down),
The VS now comes with custom (Dota2) cursors, start orb, shell32.dll, explorer frames (navigation icons), timedate.cpl in addition to the theme itself, and ~30 icons (both the original Dota 2 colored, and the adjusted versions).
I'm still making some Rainmeter skins and more icons, as well as minor adjustments.
Those who donate any amount to the PayPal account sunnymilk@mailbox.hu can get the whole package right now (though I'm only checking on it once every 2 hours). I'll include a readme file and any programs needed to change like start orb, navigation icons, etc.
