Anyone who liked EarthBound would've liked to see Paula (or Poo) in Brawl.... that is, back when people thought there would like 50 characters instead of 35(39)... Anyways, I just imagined how HER PK Fire woulda' been. Ness has the combo flame column .... Lucas has the the one that flares at you... and Paula (so I invisioned it) has a small flare that shoots up from the ground, that also shoots out a vertically diagonal Fire bolt. And if it hits you, it blows you back, and the burn sticks onto you *like Olimar's Pikmin*.... Cool idea huh? Or maybe not..... depends on your imagination.
Well.... hope yeh like it. :b

Sounds like a very good idea. PK Fire should vary with every Earthbound character.

I must admit, it would be pretty cool to have her in Brawl.
Unfortunately, I think they would keep her stats back. 'Cause, in EarthBound, even though she had REALLY strong attacks, she got hurt really easily.
Also, if they decided to keep Lucas, they could have Kumatora in there as well. Which is basically Mother 3's Paula, but with a more tom-boyish attitude.
Oh, and shes a Princess. XP
Overall though, I hope they add Kumatora and Paula in the next SSB. D:

I heard this was gonna be their last one...... but then again, I heard that they didn't have time to add in ALL the characters they origionally planned.... so there's chance of a 4th one. And hopefully they add them 2, and a few other ladies.... (Cuz SSB seriously needs to add some more girls to the group.)

My dad always PK Fire-spams me when he's Ness or Lucas--it keeps me at bay while he aims for the Smash Ball or another item.

Meh, I could see it. I had always wanted to see paula in smash bros myself. Seeing as she was the original PK fire/thunder/magnet/freeze chick of the crew.
I just don't get why Ness' final smash just couldn't have been PK Rockin' Omega.

My guess is if she was in brawl, her final smash would be pray, where she prays to god, and something random happens to the enemy ( like causes different status problems to them like luigi's negative zone, or kills them, or heals her and the party instead )

That's a good choice, but IF Ness had PK Rockin as his Final Smash then I think Paula would fit with PK Starstorm as her Final Smash, I know that Pk Starstorm is Poo's attack

True, but something tells me with her being the girl of Earthbound, they'll keep her stats pretty average like Peach's ( they both use frying pans )... Huh, I just figured out what her basic B attack COULD be. It could either B PK Freeze ( which wouldn't happen since they did that with Lucas

Well I think she should have a PK freeze, but different from Lucas's PK freeze, Instead she could charge up her PK Freeze then shoot it for a massive damage, but it still freezes them. It's kind of hard to choose her side-B attacks, but I think PSI-Counter would be a great choice, because it counters others beam attacks, and as in the game, it does the same.
Haha and yea it would be better if we'd took it to the notes

I found that most of Ness's and Lucas's PSI attacks deviated NOTHING from their games. I'd say only PK Freeze was the most accurate. Though it was still a pain in the ass to aim with in Brawl. Then again, Brawl is not Earthbound/Mother.

Ness has PK (PSI) Flash in EarthBound..... so he atleast has 1 of his own moves. XP
Oh, and the Magnet too. XP

PK Flash just blinds enemies in Earthbound. But I think it sorta works from Brawl, where it 'sends enemies crying' by blowing them into the sky.
Magnet absorbs PSI, not health. But again, Brawl =/= Earthbound.

well actually, if you read the description of said PK flash, it also has a tendency to destroy the enemy in one blow, depending on the level of the attack.
Just like how if you charge up Ness' PK flash all the way, and if it hits you, you fly right off screen and lose a life. So in a sense, it's actually pretty accurate.
