Wow, first of all, i gotta say, I just can't wait to see more of your LIT pictures. Mike was great and this Chester one is just amazing as well. Anyways, first off, the hair is great?! I love how you didn't do every freakin' strand of hair and made it a group with the lighting and all, very nicely done. Especially the middle, it really makes his head look quite normal, lmao 
Only thing I have a problem is, the microphone looks a bit anorexic...
Anyways, I think this picture is overall amazing so...
