AKA. Visual PMCA face.This has a basic expression set and a LOT of eye textures! Comes with .blend data as usual.

Somebody please make a Teto model with it. One eye texture gives off a Nanami Teto-ish vibe.

PMCA is an application for building MMD models. I made this face so you could have a really cute face among your parts.
EDIT2: made the eye bones moveable so you don't have to make a fuss about glitchy eyecaves
