MeshIO is a Python library for working with PMD/PMX/VMD/VPD/MQO files. It comes with a Blender plugin, too.

Hey dear, I would love to read the tutorial but, please take this as a suggestion, remove the background behind the text. The colors that are used in the text and the background are too similar in value and make it extremely hard to read. Removing the background, and maybe make it a border instead, will make the readability improve quite a bit! Keep up the good work!
