Them hands.Oh well, this isn't a guide for hands. (Thank Goodness!)
I had someone comment about my proportions as a helpful tip, and I decided to make this guide to help both myself and you! Feel free to use this, it was made to help others on the proportions of the manga body, both male and female. I hope it helps!

I have a question about this, if the girl happened to be taller and more built say about 6 feet+ would the proportions still apply here?

Most likely not. I made this guide pertaining to only that one specific build for both the female and male. There are endless exceptions to endless bodytypes. Not everyone is the same, which makes everyone unique.
However, it depends on you really. If you like the way everything is portioned, then just making her taller and a little more built will be fine. It's more based upon your opinion of how you want the female to look. (:
