This is a piece I did of my favorite Mizukage, Mei!! It's created in Illustrator CS3! The piece was inspired from the woodblock print The Great Wave off Kanagawa , by the Japanese artist Hokusai .A HUGE thanks to pokefreak who the did lineart and was kind enough to share it!
