I often invent characters like her. Women who fight like men if they have to, but stay the women they are. Still, I never find good artwork about this topic. Often they get "femalised", the armour is prettier, lighter or downright ridiculous, or there is no armour. Then, there are a lot of similar and uninspired pictures. They all don't appear real to me. This was and it took my breath away!

I have seen this image in some other time but i don't leave a comment, so now i leave my mind at peace doing it right now. Nice drawing, i like it 'cause you don't make it a super bitch with tight cloths or almost naked girl with the armor up, you had draw a woman bushi, and that was a cool and realistic way to do it.

My L5R character was never super bitch, she was samurai and she acted like one. I really don't like all those drawings of warrior ladies, wearing almost nothing. Yuhime was always well dressed no matter if it was kimono or armour.
