-MUST be a member of either Luminah-Lights, or Gylphi-Grove (Or both!), depending on for which group you submitted the icon.
-Must be a pixel icon, 50x100p. Meaning, no resized images.
-Animations are good! So are static icons!
-You can enter for both groups, as many times as you like!
-Must include Java (Ref Below) and the words Gylphi Grove, or Mana(Ref Below) and the words Luminah Lights.
