I finally made all the Eevee evolutions as chibi style plushies! Now I just have Eevee left to make. Vaporeon here is about 9" tall including the fin on top its head. It made of minky and has machine embroidered eyes.It's currently for sale in my Etsy shop, along with a few other plushies!

Oh goodness! This is one of the cuuuuuuuuuutest Vaporeon plushies I think I've ever seen!
The level of detail is just astounding! ^^ Especially the little spikes on its back and the incredibly smooth transition from light blue to dark blue on the head that you managed to achieve without applique. o-o

My least favorite part is when I have to sew several layers of fabric together like sewing the ears to the head or for legs with different colored paws. And Maybe my favorite part is sewing the head on, or even just cutting out the pieces? Ah ha, I don't know

I too make plushies, but mainly crochet them. One of my plushies is a crochet Vaporeon. It took me a lot of time but I am happy with the result.
