Hey!
Here is (FINALLY) a new picture!
The Problem is, that it's been hard for me to draw lately, like described in my journal.
Well, I struggled a lot with the pic and the concept, so I thought I come back to that idea later and start something completely new. So I came to this one. When I think about Johnlock, then most time in this context, as seen on the pic here. lol Anyyyways... so it was hard at the beginning but then I got into it and it worked but then I got these very, very...em... disappointing news, that they not start filming Sherlock till spring 2016... that means, season 4 = end of 2016 or early 2017. So yea... wth... . Excitement Level = 0 Motivation Level = 0,5 I'm kinda speechless about this.
So well, I hope you will like this picture and that you will have a great day/night!

Wow, this looks very impressive! I really enjoy the shading and colouring, it looks really good (here I curse my limited vocabulary since I'd love to be more expressive when I desribe other's works but I can't *sigh*)

I really hope season 4 will turn out the way we all hope for Sherlock and his beloved friends.
About the release dates: I’m not worried, I am just REALLY disappointed, I mean they don’t do it for free for the fans XD They get money and applause so they should take the time for the show which gave them popularity.
And maybe they will lose these many fans, so there won’t be a fan base anymore, just because people get tired of waiting… at least that what I read everywhere.

Everyone feels different about things but that has nothing to do with being a true fan. In my opinion, a good fan don't accept everything blindly; it's normal and good to criticise your fandom and challenge it. Anyways, I respect your opinion.

I don't get why everyone's so bummed about 2016 Spring thing. It was known all along that it would not come any sooner and we ARE in fact getting a special that is a huge deal. Also, of course, your picture is nice. Darkness is hard to do and you managed well. The kissing might look a bit awkward as far as the pose goes, but I could not do it any better if tried. In fact I think I'd have done much much worse,. I should try...

At the beginning, they said: “Because you waited 2 long years, we give you an extra Christmas special.” And now it´s like: “Oh btw, you have to wait 3 years, but you still get this special. So be happy.”
They said all the time that season 4 will air January 2016. But now they said, that Cumberbatch and Freeman don’t have time to film in this year (2015), so they have to delay the filming till spring 2016. That means that the Air date switched from beginning 2016 to beginning 2017. So one more year of waiting is a reason to be bummed. Their attitude is really not professional at all and the special will not change the fact that 3 years are just too long. But that’s just how I feel no reason to feel offended because of that. Everyone have different opinions.

I personally think it's just part of being a Sherlockian. Otherwise they'd have to change the cast. If you want quality you need to wait for it. I don't personally mind. I watch very little series anyhow and there are plenty of other Sherlock series out there id you're looking for more episodes. Of course it's a bit of a long wait, but the other option is to change actors or not to have it at all.

The fact is that it has nothing to do with quality at all. It's all about the time schedule of Cumberbatch and Freeman. It was more important for them to make movies like “Doctor Strange”/”Captain America: Civil War” than to film Sherlock. That's the reason, they had to delay it. If they would work on the script and the filming etc. and because of that it would take that long, okay - no problem. But no, the actors just don't have time because of several other projects. By the way, they just need 1 month of filming to make one episode, like they needed for the upcoming Special. Despite the fact that they needed a lot more of special costumes and what not. The time they need to come up with it, is just ridiculous. But as I said, everyone feels different about things and it's great that you have some other series you look forward to.

I really don't. In fact I don't watch nearly anything at all besides Sherlock and Doctor Who. I watch some 60-minutes like things or news sometimes, but that's different. Well it is sort of obvious that Hollywood productions would be more important. Plus I'm sure actors want to try other characters as well. I'm even a little bit suprised although relieved that they still do Sherlock at all.

I get tired of waiting too, but I have a hard time being upset about it. Ben and Martin have busy schedules now, and they have a hard time to get together to film the equivalent of three full movies together. And I know that when it does come out I'll be so excited that all the time I spent waiting will only make watching it better. I mean, Stevin Moffat does a great job on the episodes he makes it's hard to be mad about the ones he doesn't. Besides, it's clearly not Moffat's fault, since he comes out with fairly regular Doctor Who episodes.

I know that they have a tight schedule, but 3 episodes in 2 Years aren’t really much what we ask for… Especially because they need circa one month for an episode, like with the special, in which they also needed much more costumes and all these other stuff for the Victorian era. And the worst thing for me is, the longer it takes, the higher are my expectations… So I am sure I will be disappointed about the out coming. Or the other worst case would be, I don’t mind about the show anymore. I know it sounds pessimistic but that’s how I feel about it and like I read in several forums, many others think the same about it. They really risk their fan base.

I'm sorry, but I really can't agree with you on this one. I enjoy the hype as much as I do the actual show, and each time a new trailer comes out it just makes me giddier. Besides, I'm used to waiting. Even after it comes out on television I have to wait like six months until it's on Netflix. I really just don't mind.

It’s not that I don’t enjoy Sherlock because of that, it’s just I was so excited because of the season next year and now I am disappointed about this delay. Sadly I don’t have any other shows, I am interested in -///.///- Just watch ever and ever the same old shows XD So Sherlock was really like the holy grail XD
