After taking some biology classes, you begin to realize that your body is nothing more than a very complex machine and that even one small thing should fail, your entire system would fail. And then you draw this. And you rage that you cannot find a way to show both the lungs and an anatomically-correct position of the heart.

Sorry for the change in ink tone- I used two different black markers to color this.

Named for a Twilight Zone episode, which in turn was named for a poem by Walt Whitman. I own neither.
