Hidy-ho! Here is my one contribution to Mermay!

But srsly, drawing mermaids is actually a guilty pleasure of mine that I don't indulge in quite nearly enough so I decided to reeeally indulge this time lol
So, of course I had to pick a cute water type to turn into a mermaid and I just loved Finneon's colors so much! I really love how this darker skin tone contrasts with the teal and the pink and just pops off the white background <3 It was a ton of fun playing with a bunch of different brushes in Ibis Paint X and trying out all sorts of new stuff :3 I'm super proud of how this one turned out and might try to get out another pokemon gijinka mermaid before the month is out, but we'll see

For this pic I doodled on my Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1" (2016) and used Ibis Paint X as my program of choice. It took about 12hrs over the course of two days.
