The shading is good but make it fit the winter background a little more with a little more "dull" grey shades in it xD; I love her hair, and just work on her proportions a little more.. her neck is very short and needs a little more care ^^ her body seems a little small but you could just make her back a little wider xD; Just a little bit! =3
