This is Paula from Parappa The Rapper anime with her arms crossed. That´s a quite difficult pic to draw and it´s based on the episode 14 which got uploaded by Typhoon Bling. The episode can be found here: [link]I´d preffer call her as vixen because it suit better a character which is a female fox.
