Inspired by re-watching some Avatar recently.It was interesting to color this way.
As for the kanji, according to Wikipedia, that is how you write Katara.
From Avatar the Last Airbender, Made with Photoshop 7 and an Intuos 3 graphics tablet.

Thanks! I was originally going to make it all paintery, but I had blocked out the solid colors first and liked the effect, so I went with it.
