I did this some 5 or 6 odd years ago, can't remember. I just love Samurai Shodown brush art *_* The spontaneousness is refreshing but it all comes together to form an amazing picture. I had a slight obsession with Shizumaru back in the day XD; Next to Nako, he's my fav in the series. Well enjoy everyone~! ^_^Reference: Official character artwork

I don't think he is related. I think Shizu became sorta like an apprentice under Haomaru. They have similar techniques if you look closely.

I know a lot of people have already said this, but ... he looks a lot like Kenshin~ Or, maybe a younger version of Kenshin. I guess it's kinda because I don't know who this person is; I don't recognize the character.
