I really love doing these compilations of my art and see how much times my art style changes in a year XDThis year was pretty good since I switched from a mac to windows. No more having to wait until my parents stopped using the pc so i could go draw~ Hurray for drawing whenever i felt like it! (which was quite a lot)
Also the February artwork was the last one done in SAI before I switched to MangaStudio~
Other things that happened this year included my discovery of pixiv textures and colour balance!
I predict that next year, being year 11, would quite busy because of school work ;; I hope I still have time to draw because I don't want all my hard work this year to go to waste- (Stopping digital for 2 weeks due to exams already saw my skills go down the drain //sobs)
Resolutions for 2015:
Learn to draw guys- done
Draw my own backgrounds- in progress
Create a detailed artwork every 2 months- done
Practice lighting and shadow- in progress
Resolutions for 2016:
Polish male anatomy
Work on more detailed BG
Work on shading of clothing
Learn some colour theory
Practice traditional mediums
For now, looking forward to 2016~
