Description Cut-paper commission for of Minami and Veronica of Bokura no Kiseki. I read a few chapters of it to learn a bit about the characters, and it was really interesting! Modern-day dude is convinced he is the reincarnation of magical badass battle princess of the past. And by god, is he ever right!



I'm quite happy with how this one came out! I always enjoy using lace in these cut-paper pieces, so Veronica's dress was a treat. ^_^

breathtaking work. I've been interested in cut paper illustration myself, but have yet to post any of my experiments. I also enjoy the subject matter you've depicted, but mostly because that speaks to me personally.

Anyhow, nice balance: both in terms of visual interest (using those patterns could get out of hand, but you seem to have kept it measured enough to be discernable) and composition. THANK YOU for not centering the figures. Rule of thirds rules the day, I'm sure ya know already.
