No Name is from Shingeki no Kyojin Spin off manga, Shingeki no Chuugakkou. Shingeki no Chuugakkou is written and drawn by Nakagawa Saki, and supervised by Isayama Hajime himself, so it's official.

Actually Chuugakkou is a dailylife manga, so basically here, Levi is a student, Eren Jäeger's senpai. Levi, with Hange Zöe and Mike Zacharias formed a band called "No Name", that's why they use some kind of bandage to close their eyes so everyone will never know who they really are.

Well, since I don't know the kanji, I don't really know what it means.
