i decided to update this pic in the honor of our beloved L. if u don't know who L is then u must go read Death Note at [link] it's not a download, so u can just go read i, it'z awsome. the other two r Mello and Nia (i will not accept his english name as Near!) who's L's succesors. sniff, i miss L.... *cries*P.S. i will working on the requests but expect some L pic in between (becuz his so awsome)

hmm this is strange.. I went back through your gallery to view the art that I have favorited years ago when I first started here on dA and All the DN arts that I remember favorited ... aren't? thats strange.. Also I remember a DN image from you that were cute chibi characters (one for each character) with their heads bigger then their bodies.. Im sure that was one of yours.. Did you happen to delete it? (I searched through all your scraps... sorry for the billion favs.)

Somehow, it's hard to say that it's beautiful because it's so damn sad at the same time. ^^'
But nevertheless, your drawing style is breathtaking! They look quite authentic... Near and Mello are so innocent while crying. I feel really bad for them. 
But I'm glad that you gave L wings.. that means he's now an angel and goes to heaven, right?

This is so beautifully depicted. So sad...poor Near and Mello. Eventhough you can't see L's expression, you just know that maybe even L himself is crying aswell at seeing how badly hurting his Successors are now that he's been taken away from the world by Kira.
This is really well done. I've always thought of L being a father figure to his successors. With how Mello worships L like a god and always tries to follow his cases and with Near with his puzzle that held a single letter L onit...it does give the impression they were all close when he was alive. Plus, L only gives information on a need-to-know basis so this helps me to accept the idea that L really did care for more people then one would think. Eventhough he said to Light that he was his 'first friend' I'm sure L considered Matt, Mello and Near as friends and family.
I hated the ending to Death Note. I feel L was killed off too early. The Task Force never got to see him at his full potential. They always saw him unsure and depressed that Light could be Kira giving the impression to them he wasn't as proffessional as everyone said. Also, because of the war between his heart and head I think L didn't work as hard as he could of on the case because he really did like Light. His heart got in the way of things which unfortunately was fatal.
I love the style of this. It's so sad and well done with all the lighting and shading. Great job.
