I don't have a Switch either! So I've resorted to watching other people's playthrough's and trying out the phone Animal Crossing, Pocket Camp. It's pretty fun too!

Its quite hilarious what differences there are in a crisis.
I don't think that there is a toilet paper shortage here in Europe at least not in the middle.
Pretty much the only thing that is harder to find here than a Chinese with appropriate hygiene is yeast.
The shop I use to go has always empty shelf for like almost a month now.
Sometimes I saw an empty box, well the people buy it in bulk.
About electronics dunno, not interested in switch and there are still some laptops and PC available...
