Right, so it had to be pink paper I started to doodle on while I was in the train last week-end. Thanks goodness there's this thing called Photoshop, allowing me to clean that mistake. It's not that I don't link pink, it's just not the color I first associate with that type of drawing.

Anyway... I've been doing some fine-tuning on Aidan's chara-design. I seldom manage to fully grasp a character on my first attempt, and this time, it happened that one of my design doodles turned into something I felt like inking in the end. I pondered about his clothes for a while, since there isn't much variety in his choice of colors, but it fits his concept all the same (after all, when you cannot see your own reflection, dark cloth is quite convenient to hide the occasional blood stain).

At least he somewhat does look his age here. Well, his age when he died, that is. And in case you couldn't tell, I really have fun drawing 'shadows' the way I do when it comes to him.

Note for further use: someday, I'll stop being a lazy bum, and will ink everything on the sheet, not only a half background. (At least, that way, I won't have to edit that darned wall for ages before I'm somewhat remotely satisfied.)
