Glad that she's ended up beautiful in the end, given that I partly used my own face as model.
For the fabric, I first laid the base colours (normal + shadow), then used the Dodge tool with blurred edges, set as "Highlights" and with a 40ish opacity. (You can do the same with an aerograph brush with light colour, but I wanted to obtain an over-shiny effect here, so Dodge it was.) Then I traced strokes with the Smudge tool, very thin brush, somewhat blurred edges, 60ish opacity. If you want to try this, you'll have to toy with width and opacity, depending on the colours you use and on your drawing's size & resolution, though. It's never exactly the same.
Yeah, well, I kinda hope it makes sense...
