Description My contribution to the Inspector Iroh round robin comic created by The Artrix [link]

Pencils, colours and dialogue (except for the last line ) are mine. The Artrix did the ΓΌber-cool lettering .

I think the fourth panel makes more sense without the text box, so here's the page without the text [link]

wow this is very nice. all the little details make it better for me.
king bumi's candy factory (i wouldn't touch that stuff...), air bisons everywhere insteada airplanes, Ba Sing Se westside, and Bosco's would be like the mickey d's of the avatarverse wouldn't it? ^_^
is there more to this comic? or is it all fanfic?

Ooooh, you must definitely read the rest of the round-robin comic! Start from the beginning!

your best comic yet, great perspectives and good coloring so far. It could use a bit more so far as final touches/ cleaning edges, etc. I hope you saved this image in two versions, one with text box, and one without - or the texts in different layers, so that you can keep working and touch up the coloring. You're really taking off man. Thank god you joined this site, I think it's pushing you in the right direction.

You're right you know. I must admit...I had never expected to get so involved. It's so strange - since I joined, I've been so engrossed in DA, poring over other people's artworks, getting inspired...I dunno...I've been making so much art BECAUSE of DA!

Unfortunately, I seem to have fallen into this trend of making only Avatar fanart of late....the Avatar community is pretty large, it's easy to get new ideas for fanart...I really ought to try and break out, but nothing else is really catching my interest at the moment, so I don't fight it. I plan on getting a tablet soon.....I expect all sorts of good things to come out of that ^_^. I hope they're as good as I hear they are!

Well as per usual ill leave a comment thats completely unrelated! Nah just kidding...

Your colouring appears to have improved quite a bit, its a lot cleaner... either you're spending more time on it or you're just getting more used to doing it with a mouse. I like the small details with the lighting, it gives the picture a more three dimensional look. Even though there's a lot of colour, i can still see the original penciling... im not entirely sure what you can do about it (maybe go over the penciling with black, or get rid of it completely) but it gives your work a hint of sketchworkishness.

I'm actually rather fond of the sketchiness . Though yes - I did try out some interesting new techniques.....and I did learn quite a bit about colouring with this one .

Holy crap! This comic kicks some serious butt! All the signs, and the sights...it's all just so cool! There's a good flow to your way of storytelling, and it's very easy to follow and know what panel to read next! Amazing work!

Well, I'm pretty much just inspired by the Artrix's stuff. His compositions are so much more interesting and dynamic and fluid . I'm still newb to all this - you may have noticed that the panel structure of my Chan comics are pretty generic. Glad you like this!

I already gushed all about your awesomeness in your scraps!

I love the perspective and the colors. I adore the sign because of how substantial it feels in the panel because of the great shadow behind it.

Each panel has a different angle, it really makes the flow very interesting.

How long did you work on this?

This took me 3 days . During which time I pretty much got no homework done, but that's life .

I'm glad you like it so much, and thank you for the favourite !

I hope you didn't read it as 'Canoy'....I get that a lot .

And yes - from what I hear, a visit to that factory is why how Willy Wonka got his last name!
