great job, but didn't he lose an eye against Konan?

No biggie - he has that laboratory of his with dozens and dozens (more than 80, at least) of stockpiled Sharingans in liquid tanks; he could just take one of those and use it as a replacement. Who knows if the two he had during Konan's fight were his originals anyway? Plus, this way he can SPAM Izanagi.
... Or, he may have implanted a Rinnegan into his left eye socket, hence the mask with both the Rinnegan ripples and the Sharingan tomoe - I wonder if he would touch/replace his right Sharingan, as his swirly jutsu seemed to be centered in that eye.
Maybe everything is now going to be sucked into that hole that's the "pupil" in the center of his Sharingan 3-tomoe design? My opinion, anyway - it's now the 'center' focus of the mask, i.e. the dot in the middle of all the circles, so I think it might be fitting. Having it to continue to look like a spirally jutsu focused on only his right eye when the mask has changed shapes to have BOTH eyes revealed, would seem a bit ... off? *ponders*

actually that gives me an idea. The three Mangekyou techniques focus on one of the eyes or the nose, so it could mean he's focusing on, Susanoo I guess
