Inktober 2019! I waited for this soooo long...XD

Soo I'll continue when I stopped last year, scenes and concepts for my Dragon Ball fanfictions. But I can't promise anythingXD

About this scene: (I try to write it understandably, but it's really detailed and complicated in the fic, sorryXD)

There is a little planet at the very end of a distant galaxy, where the human race lived in peace for a looong-long time. One day a capsule landed in a forest, and the next few minutes a saiyan, whose name was Ranzer, turned the wood and the nearby villages into a living hell with blood and fire... Nobody could stand against him, nobody could wiped the smile off his face while he killed the fathers and mothers, and innocence children. He knew no mercy... Then the Segomo's Army came...
Suddenly a few brave wizards appeared, and trapped the saiyan - but even they didn't have enough power to kill him! In their final despair, they decided try to seal the monster's power into himself to gain a bit more time, and find a way to eliminate him. And they succeeded!
Unfortunately they didn't know saiyans lost their power so quick and easy if they starve, but Ranzer known. So he made a deal the Segomos let him go from the magic trap, and he will help them out when the rest of the saiyan army arrives.
Of course the Segomos didn't trust him - and they were right. Nobody came to occupy or eliminate them. But Ranzer couldn't leave the planet either! His capsule destroyed, and he got a new seal on his wrist that allows the Army know where he is.
Time flies, and the saiyan learnt to live in peace. He got a wife and two sons, then a granddaughter, and his great-grandchild was six years old, when our sweat little prince Vegeta arrived.

Planet Vegeta no longer existed at that time, so Vegeta didn't expect to find a saiyan, especially not this... old one. But it was the first time he saw a saiyan live without killing anybody.
You may think now he follow this example later, but I have to disappoint you. The first thing Ranzer told him that "do as I say, or I'll kill you, clear?".
The truth behind his peaceful lifestyle was the seal, what's still hold back his strenght, especially his ki, and, of course, the oozaru. He lived 50 years with this personal curse, what gave him a continuous zenkai, so he would be by far the strongest saiyan in the history before the SSJ, if he ever get rid of the seal. But he can't.
And Vegeta wasn't that person who didn't misuse something like this...

Fun fact: The woman on the pic will be the wife of Ranzer. XD Nope, it's not really his decision... But she can renew the seal if it needs, so...
fun fact 2.: Even his power sealed, he's still stronger than Vegeta - thanks to the zenkais. And it's weird, cause as we know, every saiyan generation is way stronger than the previous, and Ranzer is really old... can you imagine how strong he is???
