Ahh, this is absolutely beautiful! I'm in love with his expression the most, he just looks so beautifully tender and ahh, that smile! His eyes are definitely my favourite facial feature; I LOVE the highlights in them and the eyelashes. His hair looks so soft, too! (I just really want to touch it omg)

WHAH, he is so beautiful!
The way you've drawn his eyes makes him look so graceful and tender. His smile is soft and sweet.
I also like the coloring. It's cool how the upper part of the picture is light and the bottom is rather dark.
It makes me think that he is under water which is absolutely fitting for a water seraph like him.
(I bet he is smiling for Sorey right now... ♥)
