Xana's form is kept unknown in the series and is described as a multi-agent system (which could evolve and recover itself from scattered pieces). I was wondering what happens when Xana takes control of people. He's able to use their knowledge after he has taken possession of them. What if it were to keep more than just memories, but to steal the personalities and decay them until they are but a shell of the real person, and become a part of that multi-agent system. Behind all of the monsters, somewhere there could be a hive-mind of corrupted versions of Xana's victims scheming, working, etc. Wouldn't it be interesting if those versions came into the real world?
