Awesome CG, but the hair seems a lil off. Not much (and i really hhave no right to say anything considering my CG skills...and drawing skill sin general for that matter, are in the negatives) but otherwise, i love this picture!

It's AMAZING. It reminds me of D-Grayman!^^ I love the scenery, it's like something I've always dreamed of. Standing on top, watching the ahrbour and the ocean as the wind rushes through my hair. She has many weapon choices. Personally though, I imagined a much different costume on her.. BEAUTIFUL STILL! ^^ Waiting for your next pic with baited breath.

let's see...... i think this is your style and it works... but hm.. maybe, for the metallic areas, a little more reflection would bring it out more . more highlights... yea
but otherwise, i think the whole thing is beautiful. the shading on the skin and the reflection of her on the path. the arm.... is like wow o_O that's for certain. your ideas are always so lovely. good job

Beh, its not quite as good as your normal work, the colouring doesnt do it justice but there is something else, rolly to do with the lack of details that you normally put in, and that could be possibly from how you do manual vs CG colour. Its good, dont get me wrong, its just not your usual great/awesome

I understand it's a matter of taste. But I am a person with feeling too. As much as I don't feel satisfied with the result, I spent over 30 hours on it. MUCH MORE time and effort than any of my traditional works. Please understand, your comment is highly discouraging. People tell me to experiment, but when I did, I get something like this. Do you expect me to always create super duper masterpiece? I join DA to share my arts, not to please people >_<

Well I am sorry but that is the way that I feel about that particular piece of work. Although I was not trying to make it a personal attack, and I am sorry if you had read it as such, but I am making simple analogies to the work which you have previously done, and yes, I dont think it is super awesome great blah. It was not intended to be also an attack on the time that it took. I am just trying to tell you that I thought that the piece was lacking in many of the things that you are so notably renound for.
Does that say that I dont like your CG colouring - NO
Does that mean that I think it is a pile of trash? - NO
I am merely stating that I dont think it is up to your normal standard, but also I have to apologise if you took offence to it.
I understand that you create your art for your own personal enjoyment, but if you walk into an art gallery and you say - Hey, I dont think that is up to the standard of the artist, whether you are experimenting with a new medium or new techniques. And how I read it, I was saying that it wasnt to the highest standard. I never said I hated it. I never said it was crap. I just said that I think it isnt quite up to that ultimate standard that you usually set.
I again apologise for any offence that I have caused.
