Description It's been a long time (ish) in the making but here it is... a new deviation!

Each element of this one was drawn by hand, scanned, and then lined and colored in Adobe Illustrator before I ported all of them together to Photoshop for proper placement.

I couldn't decide on how to manage the background, so I opted for something simple.

For the most part the Robot Masters (as well as Wily, the Bladers, and Megaman himself) were drawn without any references (from memory) so they probably aren't perfect when placed side by side with official art. The only time I really used references was when choosing the colors (I wanted them to be as accurate as possible).

I like this a lot!
I love how you drew Dr. Wily - I think the way you drew him makes him look really good. I also like the art style, too.

Woah, I love it!
It's great to see the original Robot Masters and Megaman chillaxin' here while he goes "Pew pew pew..." haha

Thanks man!

It's weird because it looks like Megaman himself is the only one experiencing any sort of stress. I could also possibly say the same for Fireman but his eyes are shaped by his head-burner and he doesn't exactly have a mouth for which to show emotion.

I have this really weird feeling that I might soon try to make some Megaman 2 art (but I make no promises at this time).

^_^

Well, think about it. You have a little shota-con robot boy sent out to fight hordes of robots in different areas while also trying to figure out which robot master is weak against which weapon while also avoiding spikes else he explodes into a bunch of flashing balls from his inevitable explosion.
Meanwhile, he is permanently stuck in a prepubescent stage making him all the more emotional as he tries to figure out why his voice won't crack.
Haha, okay, that's probably NOT the reason why he looks stressed, but I'd stick with my spike theory
I want to see a MegaMan 2 piccy! (But I'd rather see a MegaMan 5 instead, coz it has StarMan and he's my FAVORITE EVARRR!!!111!) His theme was the best (other than GravityMan's)

Since I know you have the Anniversary Collection I wanted to ask if you had played Megaman 5 with Navi Mode turned on. As long as you're not playing the Gamecube version the first six games have remixed music with Navi Mode. Megaman 1 - 3 only have a few changed tracks but 4 - 6 were completely redone.

Granted they were the remixed tracks present in the Japanese PSX releases of the old Rockman games, but they are still awesome.

My favorite Megaman 5 themes are Stoneman and Darkman (Protoman's Castle theme).

Hell yes I have! I fell in love with some of those remixes (though the originals are still the best), and of course my faves were still GravityMan and StarMan >w<

I think Megaman 8 was only worth it for the cut-scenes and the shotty American dub though, even though I still love it lots...*random*
