The photo looks very well composed. The colors combine well. I like the extreme black hair and its contrast to the light color of the cloth (creamy white). The hair also works well with the side view of the model's face because it draws the curves of the nose and forehead. The warm colors of her skin add softness to the otherwise quite cold atmosphere of the photo. Also the little detail on her cloth adds interest to the whole image. The background, even quite ruthless, is also well chosen. It's like it represents the mood of the girl in the picture or perhaps it is her past or her future, or both. I don't know how much you have retouched the colors but they look good.
P.s. I love her sideview (or is it called profile... well, in Finnish at least).
