First I tell that I really like water drops. And I know that it's not easy to take shot of waterdrop inside reflecting something. This deviation has amazing use of green color, i really like it, and the reflect in the drop is perfect.
Blurred background fits perfectly with the water drop.

I think that the bokeh effect on background is quite nice, thought I think it's little too strong. The focus could be more inside the water drop. Composition of the water drop works quite well. The lightning could be more brighter.
