Okay.
I see the atmosphere of the picture you were going for and you definitely succeeded in the Grunge/punk type look.
I also recognize the bold shadow use in this picture and the slight blur effect added to it. This adds intensity and makes the main focus stand out.
Very good technique.
I only see one flaw in this picture though.
The diverted and lack of soul in the eye of the person.
She seems to be in space or something.
This takes some of the boldness away from the picture
but other than that it is very excellent.
I would give this a 4/5 stars altogether.

This photo is proof that the simplest compositions are the most powerful. It is the most impressive and memorable composition I have seen from you for a while. I love artworks where the subject fills most of the frame, with nothing to distract the viewer from the emotion in your face. Looking just slightly away from the camera helps to make the shot seem more candid, and it makes me feel like I am viewing something very intimate and personal.
The focusing here is very good. You don't always get the focus right, but you definitely have in this one. There is impressive detail in your face and the strands of hair hanging in front of your eye. My view is drawn immediately to these areas instead of hunting around the image looking for something to focus on.
However, the shadows are very grainy, much more than they should be at ISO 100. I think this is partly because you used the 5DII instead of the D700. I have heard that the 5DII is quite noisy in low light. You could have applied selective noise reduction to the shaded areas and I think the photo would be much more impressive if you did.
On the other hand, I think the lighting is brilliant. It adds a lot of texture and depth to the artwork. I know you love to use natural light, and I think this is another way that you have made the image seem very personal. You have also done an excellent job with the exposure, capturing all of the subtle tones of your skin with great detail.
Overall, I find this piece to be very sexy and moody, and simply love looking at it.
