I doodled this a few days ago, and I figured I'd go ahead and color it. I haven't colored something in a while, so here it is.
I did the line-art for this in under 2 hours, so I got to spend more time shading. 
Happy little Rubis dancin' away. I had a few songs stuck in my head while making this... XD harhar.
I'm debating whether or not I should allow DA to scale the full-view to 800x600, and allow the original for download (1024x768). I'm gonna keep the original size for now, but go ahead and comment if you think I should change it.

Haha, Thanks! I'm no longer drawing my irkens, though. They're still dear to me, but that phase of art is pretty much over for me. Sometimes I'll doodle an irken here an there but that's only.. once in a blue moon. XD;

Aww, he's so cute when he's happy. This pic makes me want to listen to MxPx. Dunno if that's Rubis's cup of tea but, hey, who doesn't like Christian skater rock? MxPx rocks! They rock as loud as this pic does!

Meh, it's all good. And lucky for you I found an MxPx site you can look at. [link] Link goes straight to music. Listen to their Ever Passing Moment album. Good music there and I should know, I got that CD and it's one of my most played CDs in my collection. So if you like skater rock (which I just now discovered is a type of punk music) or want to hear what skater rock is, feel free to take a listen. Like what you hear, then take a listen to the other albums.
As a few pointers, my most favorite songs on the album include My Life Story, Responsibility and Unsaid. The Christian influenced songs are Foolish, Misplaced Memories, Buildings Tumble and (I think) The Answer is in the Question, but I may be wrong and there could be one or two more with overtones. Prove it to the World keeps reminding me of Dib

Yep, my lineart is free-handed with the brush tool. I've tried it before with the pen tool, but most of the time it just doesn't come out the way I'd like it to.

Yes, i know. XD Maybe turn up your monitor's brightness? It's not all that dark for me. I assume Rubis is at a dance club or something so.. XD It's always dark at those places except for the bright colored lights.
