I'm the happiest about his design out of all the turtles. He's so small....

He's the youngest of the brothers, chosen so by both his own insistence of being the baby and the fact that he learned everything a little later than the others. He's also always been the smallest.
He's a mixture of 2012 and 2018. He's artistic, free spirited, loud, likes to goof off, cute, actually deadly and ready to cut someone. He loves dancing, talking, scheming, and doing anything artistic. His fashion style is entirely based off of whatever fashioable 90s movie he's seen, mixed in with heavy influence from April's 2000s inspired style. Listens to pop and indie. He's a kpop stan. Sweet boy who loves people and only choses violence if he needs to- which he deems is most of the time. Tends to be underestimated.
Takes his job as the go-lucky youngest/best acrobat/master skateboarder/stealth master very seriously, although it doesn't seem like it at first. Desperate to prove himself.

Dynamics:

Splinter : Thinks he's too strict and old in the usual way younger teens do, but he always goes to him to show off his newest art piece. Splinter dotes on him and taught him how to cook as best as he could. He's basically the reason why Mikey chases whatever passion he's got.

Leo : Eldest vs youngest dynamic. They get along really well, although Mikey tends to ignore Leo's orders the most out of disinterest and Youngest Sibling Cheekiness. They've both got similar amounts of energy and temperements, they do a lot of innocent scheming and dressing up for fun together. Mikey sees Leo as the cool older brother who knows how to be fun. They end to come up with the most batshit plans and ideas when put together, real goofers.

Raph : The least strategic and more "feelings first" of the team, plus they're both on the artistic style and rarely fight over anything too deep. A simple dynamic where they get along pretty well, love playing video games together, and encourage eachother as much as they can. Mikey admires him a lot for his big heart and wants to be as strong as him one day. Seen as the "blunt danger" of the team.

Donnie : They take turns in talking on and on about their interests, trying their bets to keep up with the other. Mikey doesn't get most of Donnie's more technical ramblings and internally rages at his stubborness towards magic, but they don't get into any real arguments. Donnie often hands some of his inventions off to Mikey to be painted, since Mikey's a master at graffiti, acrylics and drawing. The two are also the most interested in the "what ifs" of human life, sometimes getting into long discussions on what they'd do if they weren't turtles.

April : Thinks she's the coolest. Steals a LOT of her clothes and accessories, which she's fine with as long as he doesn't damage them. They discuss comics and pop sensations in depth and he's facsinated at the idea of schools ("They're just full of people?? and you can just befriend them or like be sworn ennemies for five years????")

Casey: Opposite aesthetics but a love for vandalism means a lot of joint artistic expression that honestly looks insane. Which they are. They're crazy. They hype eachother's violent urges up in a way that doesn't really happen with Raph and Casey. They get along pretty well, Casey laughs at most of his jokes.
