I love the subtle red swirl around Flowey in the first panel; it really shows that the souls are, uh... merging with him? Absorbing themselves into him? I don't know how to put it, but yeah. Also, great use of the action lines, showing how fast the... they're merging into him or whatnot! The coloring effects are super cool, too--I love how the color of the vine-looking things from the souls always contrasts with whatever color is in the background; that's a really nice touch! Awesome job!

It makes sense to feel agitated. Flowey/Asriel has been through so much already, and especially because it was his own goodness that initially got him into the whole mess, that it hurts to see him suffer any more than he already has.
Also, that last part, the "did you not" sounds kinda like Toriel... *sudden crazy theory flashes into my head and moments later I dismiss it as being impossible.*
