I've heard it was, I love the characters from it but they never bring the games to America. Even If I bought the game in Japan, I don't have the game system for it unfortunately.

When I imagine me in their position, I can kind of understand. The games do tend to have copyright infringes and stuff. Even MOTHER3 has direct music from other sources (Batman music).
However, I might not be that great in copyrights and blah blah, but how was it these games in Japan were able to use these things while in America they can't?

the strange thing is despite Mother 3 not in english, Lucas and elements from Mother 3 such as new pork city eventually appeared in Super Smash Bros. Brawl! WTF NINTENDO!!!

However, we know that Super Smash Bros. Brawl (or Dairantou Smash Brothers X) is, originally, from Japan. Since the MOTHER series is popular there of course it is in it.
When NOA brings it over, they can't really take that much out, without having problems (Lucas's role in Subspace for example).
However, they were able to take out the 5:00 minute EarthBound demo that the original Japanese version had. - '-;

Really NOJ don't care if we have it or not; it's not really their concern. It would be NOA's dealing.
However, I did remember reading on Starmen something about NOJ not wanting to localize the games in America if they would be edited to such an extreme...
Something about them preferring none of the games oversees at all if they were to be edited.

The Magypsies could be anything anyone pictures.
I see them as crossdressers but others just see them as female.
In my opinion, I don't think they are much of a problem.
