Very nice! I'm somewhat confused, however, as to why this goes under body modification..... I love the colouring and the background, but her smile needs more genuineness.... Typically, a smile that wide creates laugh lines, plumper cheeks, or at least changes in shading on the lower part of the face. Lacking this, her smile looks a bit plastered.
