Description Finest Hour - Card Number 25: Unison Shield

The evening before they should leave, just a few hours before departing, Celestia took Twilight on a trip around the castle, to inspect the defences. Twilight had asked for this, she wanted to be sure that her mentor, and all the other ponies, unicorns and pegasi, were safe. The first of things they look at were the group of unicorns maintaining the magic barrier.

“Learning from our past mistakes, we have taught Shining Armor’s shield spell to many more unicorns, so that it always will be in top condition. It also makes us less vulnerable to sabotage, as there are many more targets to stop, if the spell is wanted to fail.”

Twilight looked at the group of unicorns, which stood in the towers, recharging the spell with perfect timing.

“You also saw Shining Armor’s detection spell, it disrupts the illusions made by changelings making them “unchanged” so to speak, protecting us even more from infiltration.”

She had not only seen it, but felt it firsthoof.

“I guess my brother really is great. He gave me the gist of the detection spell, and it’s incredibly well made. I guess magic really is a speciality in the family.”

I think the upkeep should go down to 1 but lower the mana cost by one of the colored mana. There is a 5 drop that stops all noncombat damage(I think it is noncombat. It may just be combat.) so I don't see this being that powerfull.

I see your point. Card updated with a more "player frindly" cost.

Where you get the image from? It keeps bugging me because I know I've seen it somewhere else before...
