Heck yee!! I've always been a fan of spiky teeth and big hands like that XD plus for me!! also, if ya trying to implement a creepy atmosphere I think you've nailed it!!
Only thing I'm a little worried about is the body type ehe!! Gotta be careful with it >W< What you have is good so far!
