Description Just a gastly I made on my pokemon only account on Tegaki .

My main account is there somewhere...
I went rather account crazy on there...
It's a very fun site though.

Anywho...this just turned out really nicely I think.

Aaahhhhh~ I love how you used the circle shaped brush to your advantage with the flames around Gastly! It looks wonderful, and the eyes and teeth are so cleanly drawn. Great job on one of my all-time favorites. x3

I always adored how Tegaki handles opacity. I really need to play with this way of making flame-like shapes again.
Those eyes...I swear I redid them at least half a dozen times...OTL

No problem! I was so amazed when Tegaki first released the opacity feature, it opened up so many new options for color palette.

Absolutely. I keep trying to duplicate the effect in SAI, but it's tricky.

Heh, I wouldn't know anything about Sai, but it must be good otherwise I wouldn't see so many good artists switching to it.

It is a rather nice program. It doesn't have some of the things like something like Photoshop has, but for me at least, it really helps me smooth out my stroke for my line-art.

Ah yes, the ever so desirable smooth lineart. I like to alternate between Corel Painter and Photoshop lineart depending on what mood I want. Sometimes fuzzier lines work better. xD
