Ok, here we have another little something from my Power Rangers RPs and stories.
Originally, the non-combat slave drones used by Morphinius, Demona, and their Generals were pretty basic featureless white plastic humanoids; essentially they looked like androgynous white versions of Banes from the Eudeamon story, which isn't all that visually interesting, and they didn't have a species name back in 2005.
In-universe. they are created by implanting a transmutating maggot-like creature into the navel of a human victim, which erases their mind and reshapes their body allowing them to be programmed for whatever their owners need.
While revisiting the idea for this month, I figured I'd make them look a bit more distinctive, so I figured they should have a segmented body and the extra limb nubs to invoke the feel of the critters responsible for their conversion... and give them a name that does the same and feels like it could fit in with a Power Rangers series.
